WHY KNICKS

Embiid would be the most talented center that they've ever had. YES, more TALENTED than Patrick Ewing. The Jalen Brunson/Embiid pick and roll would be top-tier, in fact, elite as well. Bogdanovic is a savvy vet that can get his in bunches and knows how and when to defer. Boucher is a hardnosed PF that actually pairs supremely well with Joel Embiid.

My Starting Lineup: Jalen Brunson, Bojan Bogdanovic, Josh Hart, Chris Coucher, Joel Embiid

WHY 76ers

IF the Sixers are ever willing to trade the ultra-talented Embiid, this would be one way to do it. In Wiseman and Mitchell, you get two young centers with potential. In Randle you get a hard-nosed vet that has scored 20+ points over the last 3 years and is in the upper tiers of big men. In Barret, you get a young scorer with loads of potential. Then the Sixers also received 3 first-round picks and shed Tobias Harris' contract early. Overall, this is a chess move in the manner of having James Harden to trade and honestly acquiring 4 potential trade pieces if the Sixers desire to keep making moves.

WHY TORONTO

It's time to rebuild. With the Pistons giving up TOTAL draft rights to the 2024 draft pick and adding another unconditional 1st round pick the Raptors can really focus on building around Anunoby and Scottie Barnes. Killian Hayes as a throw-in helps their point guard issues since the loss of Fred Vanvleet and Tobias Harris is actually a good veteran scorer. In fact, he's the type that you want on a rebuilding team. He doesn't get in anyone's way on this team. The Raptors tank to keep their own 2024 pick (top 6 protected) and focus on double dipping in the draft by having 2 picks.

WHY PISTONS

Even without the Christian Wood signing Siakam would be a HUMONGOUS addition to the Pistons, especially for Monty Williams. However, if the Pistons trade for him AND they sign Christian Wood, I'd call them a team to look out for! It's simple as that! It would be dangerous to turn the ball over as the Cunningham, Ivey, Siakam, Wood, and Duren fastbreak would be unfathomable. The Pistons also added a lot of depth in the offseason. With head coach Monty Williams, dare I say it, THIS Pistons team could make a Sacramento Kings type of leap in the East.
