Due to the NBA pretty much being a 2 team league now. The Raptors chose to go young and prepare for the future. Wiseman, Poole, Kuminga help the raptors fill spots of need. Toppin could be a solid bench PF. Gary Harris is just cap relief. Losing Pascal and FVV will suck, but they could help the Warriors and Knicks elevate to new heights.
