The pacers need to rebuild. This core isn’t gonna get them to the finals. Here they get some pieces and guys who could eventually equal a championship.

Trade 1: PF Domantas Sabonis for PG Derrick White, SF Devin Vassell, C Drew Eubanks, the 13th pick in the draft, and a 2023 top 10 protected 1st

The Spurs get their low block dominant power forward in Sabonis. Popovich would love him, and make him the centerpiece of the offense. The Pacers get back 2 really solid role players, a bench big, and 2 solid 1st rounders. This makes the Pacers perfect, and the spurs get their guy.

Trade 2: SF TJ Warren for C Marvin Bagley

The Kings get a SF that fits perfectly between Haliburton and Harrison Barnes. The Pacers take a flyer on a young big who could end up being a great fit next to Turner if he works out

Trade 3: SF Andrew Wiggins and a 2022 unprotected 1st via Minnesota (it landed top 3) for SG Malcolm Brogdon, SF Justin Holiday and a 2023 top 10 protected 1st via SA

The Warriors get a great off ball guy and a Kent bazemore replacement, and a 1st rounder. The Pacers get Wiggins, who has been good, just not 30m+ good, and the 2022 Minnesota pick (ended up at 3)

Free Agency/Draft

Sign PG TJ McConnell to a 3 year, 33 million dollar contract

They get a great backup point guard back who is in contention for sixth man of the year

Draft PF Franz Wagner at pick 12

They get a great 3+D forward who can be a great PF next to Turner

Draft C Kai Jones at 13

They get their 3rd big to complete their rotation

Draft Miles McBride and Trey Murphy III at picks 54 and 60

2 depth combo positional players that will end up on 2 ways

Rotation

PG Derrick White (25 mins) — SG Caris LeVert (31 mins) — SF Andrew Wiggins (30 mins) — PF Franz Wagner (28 mins) — C Myles Turner (31 mins)

Bench:

G TJ McConnell (23 mins) — G/F Jeremy Lamb (13 mins) — G/F Devin Vassell (22 mins) — PF Marvin Bagley III (19 mins) — C Kai Jones (18 mins)

Benchwarmers/depth pieces include: G Aaron Holiday, F Cassius Stanley, C Goga Bitadze, C Drew Eubanks, F Kelan Martin, G Miles McBride(2 way), F Trey Murphy III (2 way)

What do you think?
