Dallas seems to be the only team that are trying to get Sexton since Brunson signed with the Knicks and with the acquisition of Wood and McGee leaves Powell as a tradable piece. The Jazz seem to be retooling around Mitchell and adding more picks can allow them to leverage a package in the future. If the Cavs do lose Sexton, bringing back Clackson to fill that role as a Sexton/Cedi type bench scorer is decent. Plus this trade keeps the Cavs under the luxury tax.
