Motivations are pretty self explanatory: Nets need to move their stars, but a pick heavy doesn't help cause Houston controls their draft for the forseeable future. Here they take back 2 stars and a productive starter that will keep them in the playoff hunt in the east

Lakers want to move off of Westbrook and get Kyrie, but should look to better maximize the last few years of Lebron by putting the right players around him (shooters and slashers). It's tough to lose Davis, but this is a team that should be back in the West playoffs, and maybe more.

Griz motivation is simple, get Durant without including Ja, Bane, or JJJ. 4 picks and 2 pick swaps is a lot, but if they keep those 3 out of the deal, it's the kind of package it would take to land Durant.

Jazz complete their blow up, moving the last of their productive pieces from the previous regime, adding 6 1sts and 2 swaps, and building the kind of warchest Ainge needs to reshape the team. They stay under the tax and will have a nice chunk of cap space to play with next year
