++Atlanta:++ Even if Atl draft Sarr, there’s no guarantee they’re going to be good over the coming years. Plus, they’ve got Oneyka, who could make them think twice about drafting Sarr.

This trade gives Atl back everything, a chance to completely reset and have their assets available should they choose to make a move again. They also get back pick 4, meaning they’ll still draft a top prospect this year. They can go all in on their current young guys, and even if that doesn’t go well, they’d still have their picks. Finally, in Trae Young did request a trade, it means that Atl can anticipate being bad and still have their picks.

++Spurs++ French twin towers. Wemby at the 4 and Sarr at the 5 could be the give players attacking the paint nightmares. Additionally, Dejounte is back and he can run the offence from point guard. If the spurs could sign a solid 3&d wing to complete their starting lineup, they’d look incredibly dangerous. Plus, the spurs don’t need too many more young places (ex…

Cavs

With rumours around the Cavs making some sort of move, this move gives them a couple needed changes. Jusuf Nurkic, despite not being as good of a defensive big as Jarrett Allen, can offer a lot as a big for Cleveland. He can space the floor, and with Mobley’s help defence, he can form a really strong front court with him. Additionally, the Cavs get the perfect 3&D wing in Royce O’neale.

Blazers

The Blazers get their defensive big!! A perfect system for Jarrett Allen to flourish in. Additionally, they get DFS as another 3&D role player. Plus, they get a valuable 1st rounder which can be used immediately to strengthen or it can be stashed if Portland go to rebuild.

Nets

Brooklyn get a player with superstar potential for minimal cost. Ant Simons enters a system with great defensive players, and a need for an out-and-out scorer. With Dinwiddie being a great facilitator, Bridges being a 2-way absolute star, Cam Johnson being a great 3&D guy and Claxton being the perfect defensive …

Memphis… they’re just a mess. Ja likes guns, and as much as the media are being pricks and giving him more spotlight than some serious issues, Ja is rightfully getting a ban. HOWEVER, the Griz are actually in a good position with lots of picks and depth at their disposal. This trade is my way of improving the Griz.

Grizzlies

With an already stacked core of Ja, JJJ and Bane, Memphis can use their pieces to give KAT the perfect home. Before the Gobert trade, KAT averaged pretty much 10 rebounds per game, and this compliments JJJ and his lack of rebounding brilliantly, KAT also spreads the floor freeing up more drives to the paint for Ja. In addition, using their mid level, I think the Griz should get Bruce Brown. With him being guaranteed that starting SF spot, he would provide strong defence, ball handling and scoring. Overall, if the Griz actually want to get serious, this is a move they can make.

A small extra was the Pacers trade giving them a new backup PG and Duarte, giving them…

I think people are struggling to understand just how much value the 3rd pick and Ant Simons have. With Jayden Brown rumours continuously circulating, and the Heat being 2-0 up on then (as of 21/05/2023), Portland could be the perfect home for Brown….

Blazers

Not only does this trade gives Portland its 2nd star, it gives them Poetl on a sign and trade who would be the perfect defensive anchor and rebounder. Portland after this trade would not only have an excellent core but they would also have strong depth in Reddish, Thybille, Nassir Little… with a couple pick ups in FA like Seth Curry and Alex Len, I really think this would give Portland the best chance.

Celtics

Now, I’m sure seeing this Celtic fans are instantly thinking NO, we don’t wanna trade Brown, BUT, this is an excellent return. They get Ant Simons who can actually playmake and run the PG position. More importantly, they get Siakam who would fit in excellently to this team - with the Celtics being such contenders, Siakam …

I saw a trade by u/huruh912, and really liked it but wanted to adapt it slightly.

Blazers

If Portland are to rebuild, this is a way of rebuilding the roster whilst maintaining their depth and key pieces without sacrificing their future as well - it gives the roster a chance to be much better, and still allows Portland to rebuild in years to come.

I think this trade is more sustainable than others that I’ve seen compared to others. For example:

If they trade for Siakam, he could easily just leave the next summer in FA Brooklyn don’t have much reason to trade Bridges, and are more likely to want to be competitive and use their picks acquired

Following this trade I’d sign Derick Lively as a backup centre. To complete the roster, I’d have Portland then sign a backup PG like Dennis Schroeder. Overall, Portland would have tremendous depth and a genuinely well rounded starting lineup.

Raptors

Raptors can use pick 3 to likely pick up Brandon Miller who can give them elite shooting, som…

3 Team Trade

++Bulls++

So the Bulls have been, and will continue to be mid. They cannot compete with their current team, and need some sort of rebuild. More importantly in my opinion, they have mistreated Lonzo big time. He’s been injured incredibly long, and I simply believe he needs a restart. This trade gives the Bills control back of their own 2025 first rounder from the DeRozen trade. It simply gives them more control over their own future. I could see this trade happening especially if Lonzo was to request a trade given how he’s been treated.

++Spurs++

Well given they now have the number 1 pick, the Spurs can literally go any direction they please - continuing to slowly rebuild or accelerate it and trade some assets. This trade is more along the gradual rebuild side, and it’ll let the Spurs keep their young core. I like Tre Jones, and he should definitely be resigned. If Lonzo is given time to recover, he could eventually get into the team and battle to start with Tre Jones. …

Simple 3 Team Trade

Suns

An elite defender who can play as a backup PF or even a C if the Suns want to try small ball

Raptors

The Raptors are desperate for shooting, and they have minimal guard depth

Clippers

Another fantastic interior defender, who can provide strong rebounding and the occasional 3pt shot…

3 Team Trade

With Ayton looking desperate to leave, and many teams looking to retool, there’s a host of move the 3 teams I’ve included could make, however, this trade is simple and makes sense for all parties.

Pacers

They tried for Ayton in the summer, and now they could give him a perfect home for real. Ayton would get the touches he desperately wants, and him and Tyreese could be a deadly duo. Ayton in the pick and role with Halliburton’s play making and 3 point scoring could be an incredible combo. I think they’d both elevate each others numbers drastically, and make the pacers a far strong team than they were this year.

Cavs

The Cavs really disappointed for me in the playoffs, not really because they lost but more because of the worrying areas of their future - they have no picks, minimal assets and are kinda locked into the team they already have. As much as I love Jarrett Allen, he is the most expendable good asset they have. This trade doesn’t change anything massively, but…

3 Team Trade

Following the Bucks losing in the 1st round, something may have to switchup for Milwaukee. Only difficulty is they have no assets, and Middleton would have to be on a sign and trade…This trade is my way of the Bucks trading Middleton for strong role players. Given Khris and his injury problems, it wouldn’t surprise me if they traded him. Saying that, it’s an interesting situation, I thought the Bucks team was literally perfect and they got knocked out in the 1st round…

Bucks

The Bucks do have strong depth but this trade would give them an excellent core built around Giannis, Holiday and Lopez. Buddy would thrive in this team starting at the SG or SF, and he would consistently stretch the paint for Giannis to drive. Tyus Jones, such an underrated player imo, would join and provide an excellent back up PG or even potentially play for SG. Finally, Konchar is more of a salary fill but he’s a good shooter so no harm in that.

Memphis

On paper, the Griz are literally in one…

OKC mega trade

Ok, this trade is outrageous, probably very unrealistic and it accelerates the Thunder’s timeline very quickly.

OKC Just imagine Embiid on this thunder team. I specially did not want to trade Josh Giddey in this trade because he would be the ultimate facilitator for SGA and Embiid.

For so many reasons, this would make the Thunder elite and move them straight into contention. It’s obvious to say Jay Williams has been fantastic and was nearly ROTY. Additionally, Chet has a fantastic ceiling, and can become a brilliant player in this league. But for Embiid, the arguable MVP, them players along with 10 first rounders (including Philly’s own 2025 pick, a really important one for their rebuild) couldn’t be more worth it.

76ers THIS TRADE DOES NOT HAPPEN IF HARDEN RESIGNS Depending on Philly’s success this year, this genuinely could happen. Maxey is incredible, and an amazing piece to build around. If you add some fantastic youth pieces and give the 76ers their own 2025 p…

3 Team TradeHeat become serious contenders, Magic add a star SG and Portland go into a rebuild around Simons and Sharpe

Heat

With Jimmy doing absolute wonders for the Heat, and continuously carrying this team way further than they should be getting. Adding Dame to this team would be a dream - an unstoppable scorer who is elite from 3 and can create his own shot. In addition, the Blazers hate Nurkic’s contract, and the Heat could be a perfect home for him in a 6th man role. A 6 ft 11 inch centre who can (somewhat shoot 3s). Nurkic brings more size and in closeouts, Bam could move to the 4 to make the Heat a defensive juggernaut.

I also included in this some FA signings. Resigning Max Strus is obvious but it’ll be interesting to see how much he asks for… Finally, I believe Trey Lyles would be a fantastic signing with him proving rebounding and 3 pt scoring. He would be competing for that starting PF spot with Kevin Love and Caleb Martin, much improved depth for the heat.

Magic

Orla…

3 Team Trade

Mavericks:

Finally the Mavs get a Centre. With the hawks having 2 starting calibre centres on their roster, the Mavs can give Capella assurances of a starting role. If they can use FA and their top 10 draft pick to acquire some wing defence, the Mavs can return to playoff contention and far beyond that

Hawks:

The Hawks get rid of Capella’s salary, and acquire a backup centre in McGee. With him being 7 foot, he can contribute in games against larger teams where more rebounds are needed. More importantly, the Hawks get picks which they can (in my opinion) use in trades in the off season. If they can Trade John Collins + their picks, they could upgrade their roster and chances of serious contention.

Pacers:

One of the funner bits. For the cost of one late 1st rounder, the Pacers can get C Wood on a sign and trade. I believe this would be for around 3-4 years 60-80 mil - very curious to see what he’d acc go for regardless of who picks him up. C Wood can return back to be…
