Spurs:
Jakob is on an expiring deal and will likely leave in the off-season. Securing expiring mid level contracts in addition to a future first would be a huge return for the Spurs (even if the pick will be in the 20's)
Raptors:
They appear to be in no rush to trade OG, but they do need a center, and getting Jakob back would greatly help them. They also get Josh Hart to fill in OG's role to some extent, and the better end of a pick swap with Portland next year to sweeten the deal, since both the player they get back are expiring.
Jazz:
This is largely contingent on how they view Vanderbilts role in the future, but a return of 2 young players and a swap option that makes that 2025 MIN pick even more valuable, may make it worth their time.
