Lakers have just signed Christian Wood to a two-year veteran minimum deal. This in my opinion is a great signing for the lakers as Christian Woods offensive power on the court is exactly what they need. He is one of the best floor spacing big men and I believe will be a great pairing with AD.

Lakers Lineup 💜:

The depth chart I have attached below is my prediction of the Lakers starting lineup. I believe that Christian Wood will come of the bench unless he proves to the organization that he can be a great defender, as the starting lineup is lacking defense apart from Anthony Davis. Wood will be a great Option of the bench and will give the scoring spark needed. I've been seeing quite a lot of Demar to pacers trades, and I thought why acquire an aging on the decline star when you can get a star right in his prime. Ladies and Gentlemen here you have Zach Lavine to the Indiana Pacers.

Pacers Perspective:

In my opinion I really like what the direction the pacers are heading from their budding star Tyrese Haliburton to extending Turner and signing Bruce. In this trade Pacers will add a highflying star in Zach LaVine for a bag of chips (not really, but I wanted to say that phrase). They would be giving up some of their young high potential guys and 3 first round picks for a all-star and a veteran presence in the locker room to mentor their younger guys. Pacers would also sign Kelly Oubre to a 1-year rental to give them some depth in a position they are lacking, also giving Kelly a chance to earn a bag.

Mikal is a perfect fit in OKC because every team could use more defending and, OKC in particular are lacking 3 pt shooting for these reasons we don't know if Chet will hit them consistently SGA Does not shoot them Dort can only hit corner threes Giddey shot sub 30%

However, it is possible that SGA does begin to shoot them with his smooth jumpshot, Chet as a shooter does hit, Dort returns to his rookie year type shooting, and Giddey develops his shot. Either way you can never have enough shooting as it spaces the floor for these players who primary do their damage inside the arc (except dort). This would be a great use of the picks with others still stashed waiting to make a bigger splash on a front court player to pair with Chet once we know what type of player he is. Giving up Bertans and Tre will not mean anything to OKC as they need to cut down on roster…
