Pelicans: Pelicans land #2 or #3 and decide to go big and move the pick alongside Zion and Herb —> they have an interesting core around Giannis and a couple of contracts and their own FRPs to get a bigger star in a trade

Bucks: They accept that this team isn’t good enough and grant Giannis and Dame trades to better positioned organizations without getting fleeced

2/3, Zion, Herb and their picks back are a solid return for Giannis and allow them to properly build around their core and assets

2 picks, WCJ, KCPs expiring and Anthony Black for Dame fit well with the return you get for Giannis They can let Brook walk and get below every tax apron —> they recoup their own assets and have more control over their long term future

Pistons: Knicks don’t do the Bogdanovic trade and keep Grimes and their SRP

Nets: Knicks do the same trade package with just 3 FRP (25/27/29, 26/28 swap-picks) and Fournier and Grimes instead of Bogdanovic and 5 picks/ 1 swap

Knicks: they get KAT before the extension kicks in, saving Donte from being traded Anderson adds the wing depth expected off the Bogdanovic trade they keep one of their 2025 FRP for depth purposes

Miami: Pat Riley doesn’t want to rebuild and decides to move Butler for a return that makes it possible to compete for years to come PG would have a bigger role in Miamis offense but is still a gamble, the two FRPs however allow them to move their Bad contracts for win now players without sacrificing young talent and assets Getting Vuch allows Bam to finally play PF and Herro gets a defensive minded backcourt partner

Wolves: DeMar is on a cheaper contract and better fit for Minnesotas team than Randle —> after Lyles expires they’ll safe ~ 20m in salary on the KAT trade to resign Naz + Naw they might use their smaller contracts to go after a better PG than Conley

Minnesota made KAT available very late in the offseason but what if Conelly got offered (pre-Sixers) Paul George in a sign & trade in the beginning of free agency?

Important factors for the trade to work:
