• If I was the GM of every team

• Based on raw talent and projection

• Coaches can demand more of players and they control play-calling, play design, game-plans

• Different positions and abilities have greater value than others (PGs & Centers aren't abundant but SGs are)

• Teams are in different spots to compete for and win a title in perpetuity

• Teams should try to create a dynasty (8 year title contention) since there's enough players to do so and think about a single present draft and future drafts at the same time
